Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Your physical gift card will be processed and shipped on the day of purchase. Please allow anything from 5 to 7 working days to be delivered.
Delivery service will have an extra cost of €9.20 for the customer.
Your gift card will be processed and shipped on the day of purchase. Please allow extra time on delivery for busier periods such as Christmas and New Year.

Your Smiley Dogg Give Card is valid for 5 years since the date of purchase/last top up.
Smiley Dogg Gift Card is not refundable in any case.
Gift Cards are available in Euro (€) only.
If lost or stolen the Gift Card cannot be replaced or refunded.
Your Gift Card can be utilized for tattoos, piercings, jewellery, aftercare or any product sold in our shop.
You must retain your Gift Card as proof of purchase. The Gift Card will be needed for all purchases / bookings and to check or redeem your balance. We will not accept any purchases / bookings without the physical Gift Card.
Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash.
Any outstanding balance on the gift card shall not be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Smiley Dogg Tattoo will not be liable to you or anyone else for any losses suffered or incurred due to delay in delivery or for any lost or misdirected Gift Cards by post.
